This incident caused the partial shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault close to the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
